Privacy Policy

How CR8HER LLC handles information for enrollment, mentorship, community access, and its website.

Draft prepared: October 9, 2026 · Not yet effective
Draft for business confirmation and legal reviewThis document is not yet an effective customer policy. Confirm the items below before publication or processor submission.
  • Confirm the complete community, communications, CRM, advertising, and recording-provider list.
  • Confirm actual retention periods, tracking/advertising settings, and required consent or opt-out controls before publication.

1. Who is responsible

CR8HER LLC operates Cr8Her at cr8ers.com. This policy covers information we handle for our website, applications, training, mentorship, communications, and customer support. It does not replace the separate privacy notices of services such as Whop.

Contact us at hello@cr8hers.com, (757) 477-1793, or 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Using our website is not, by itself, consent to every processing activity described here.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and End User License Agreement, each made available to you before payment and incorporated into your enrollment agreement. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Program.

Acceptance of the Privacy Policy acknowledges the information practices it describes; it does not waive privacy rights or replace separate consent required for marketing, optional tracking, recordings, or other processing.

This notice does not create a refund, satisfaction guarantee, or cancellation offer. Purchase terms are addressed in the Refund Policy.

2. Information we collect and its sources

  • Contact and application information: your name, email, phone number, social-media handles, experience, goals, availability, and the answers you choose to submit through forms, scheduling tools, messages, or calls.
  • Purchase and membership information: the product purchased, price, payment status, transaction references, access dates, billing adjustments and dispute records, and account details shared by the checkout or membership provider. Payment credentials are submitted through Whop and its payment partners.
  • Program and support content: questions, assignments, community posts, support correspondence, feedback, voluntarily submitted testimonials, brand-opportunity applications, and recordings where a session is recorded with the required notice or consent.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser/device details, timestamps, referring pages, campaign parameters, pages visited, form interactions, and video viewing information collected through the website and embedded tools.
  • Preferences and permissions: communication choices, consent records, and requests concerning your data.

We receive information directly from you, automatically through the website and embedded services, and from providers that help process applications, payments, bookings, or program access. An IP address or device identifier may be personal information even when it does not include your name. Please do not send full card numbers, government identifiers, medical details, or unnecessary sensitive information.

3. Why we use it

We use relevant information to answer questions; evaluate and follow up on applications; schedule appointments; process enrollment and provide purchased access; deliver training and feedback; administer payments, support, eligible brand opportunities, and incentives; verify agreement acceptance and respond to payment disputes; investigate fraud or misuse; understand website and video performance; improve services; maintain records; and meet legal obligations.

We use contact details for marketing where permitted and in accordance with your choices. We do not treat a purchase as automatic consent to every type of marketing. Where a legal basis is required, the basis may be taking steps at your request or performing our contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the business, compliance with law, or consent. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

4. Service providers and other recipients

Tools identified in the current funnel include the following. Each receives information relevant to the service you use:

  • Framer: website hosting and delivery.
  • Typeform: applications and form responses.
  • Calendly: appointment scheduling and booking details.
  • Whop and payment or financing providers identified at checkout: purchase, financing, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and account functions. Depending on the selected payment option, providers may include Stripe, Splitit, or Clarity Pay; their own privacy notices apply to their processing.
  • Vidalytics: embedded masterclass playback and video engagement measurements.
  • YouTube/Google: embedded student interview videos.
  • Google Analytics: website traffic and usage measurement.
  • Communications and operational providers: email/SMS delivery, customer support, community hosting, and authorized contractors needed to operate the program. The precise provider list must be confirmed before this draft is published.

We disclose information to these providers as needed for their services, subject to applicable legal requirements. Some providers also act independently for their own account, security, analytics, or regulatory purposes under their own notices. See Whop’s Privacy Policy for its processing.

Information you post to a group is visible to that group’s participants. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities where legally required, parties needed to protect lawful rights, or parties to a business transaction subject to appropriate protections. We may share relevant information with a participating brand where you choose to pursue an opportunity and that disclosure is explained or otherwise lawfully authorized. Identifiable testimonials or student stories are used in public marketing only with appropriate permission. Relevant purchase, acceptance, delivery, access, and communication records may be disclosed to payment providers and advisers to handle disputes or investigate suspected fraud; filing a dispute does not by itself establish fraud.

5. Cookies, analytics, and embedded content

The site and embedded services use cookies, local storage, identifiers, and similar technologies for functions such as remembering preferences, enabling forms and video playback, measuring usage, and maintaining security. Loading or interacting with an embed can send your device and usage information to its provider. A privacy-enhanced video domain does not mean that no data is collected.

You can manage stored cookies in your browser and use privacy controls supplied by the relevant service. Blocking them may affect some functions. Where applicable law requires consent for optional tracking, it must be obtained before that tracking occurs; a link to this policy is not a substitute for a consent control.

Draft item to resolve: confirm whether advertising pixels, remarketing, Google Signals, or disclosures classified as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising are enabled. The final policy must state the actual practice and provide the applicable opt-out and preference-signal handling. This draft does not claim that such tracking is absent or that browser opt-out signals are already honored.

6. Email and text choices

Use an email’s unsubscribe link or contact us to stop marketing emails. If you opted in to text messages, reply STOP to end marketing texts or HELP for assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply. We may continue necessary transactional or service communications.

We do not provide mobile opt-in information or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Providers may process it to deliver the messages you requested and maintain required consent or suppression records.

7. How long information is kept

Retention depends on the type of record and why it is needed. Application and inquiry information is kept while we handle your request and necessary follow-up. Enrollment and support records are kept for the access period and as reasonably needed afterward to resolve issues and document the service. Transaction, tax, dispute, and consent records may need to be retained for applicable legal or recordkeeping periods.

Marketing contact details are kept until you opt out or they are no longer needed; we may retain a minimal suppression record to respect an opt-out. Recordings and community content require a schedule based on their program purpose and audience. Backups may take time to expire, and legal holds can require longer retention.

Draft item to resolve: confirm and document the actual retention schedule, including analytics settings and recording deletion, before relying on this policy.

8. Your requests and rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of applicable sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. You may also have a right to appeal a denied request or complain to a privacy regulator.

Email hello@cr8hers.com with "Privacy request" and describe your request. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. We will respond within the applicable legal period and explain any lawful exception or appeal process. We will not penalize you for exercising an applicable privacy right. Deleting information necessary for a service may prevent continued access; it does not automatically cancel payment obligations or remove legally required records.

Requests about information independently controlled by Whop or another provider may also need to be made directly to that provider.

9. Security and international processing

We use reasonable measures intended to protect information and limit access to people who need it. No website or storage system is completely secure.

We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, the relevant legal safeguards must be in place; visiting the website is not a blanket waiver of those requirements.

10. Children

Cr8Her’s services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child submitted information, contact hello@cr8hers.com so we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.

11. Updates and related documents

We will update the date when this policy changes and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required for a material change. New information uses will be handled as required by applicable law. See the Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and End User License Agreement for program and purchase terms.
