Terms & Conditions

The enrollment agreement for the six-month Cr8Her Community & Course mentorship.

Draft prepared: October 9, 2026 · Not yet effective
Draft for business confirmation and legal reviewThis document is not yet an effective customer policy. Confirm the items below before publication or processor submission.
  • Set a definite duration or end date for course-version and general-chat access after the six-month mentorship. This is not yet specified in the supplied agreement.
  • Confirm CR8HER LLC, its mailing address and telephone number. The support email has been updated to hello@cr8hers.com from the supplied agreement.
  • Have counsel review the final agreement and match checkout, financing terms, claims, and sales communications to it. These revisions do not remove rights from earlier purchases.

1. Company, eligibility, and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the Cr8Her Community & Course ("Program"), supplied by CR8HER LLC, doing business as Cr8Her ("Cr8Her," "we," "us," or "our"), and our related website and services. "You" and "participant" mean the person purchasing or enrolling.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and End User License Agreement, each made available to you before payment and incorporated into your enrollment agreement. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Program.

Acceptance of the Privacy Policy acknowledges the information practices it describes; it does not waive privacy rights or replace separate consent required for marketing, optional tracking, recordings, or other processing.

Checking an agreement box or accessing the Program after these policies have been presented also indicates acceptance where legally effective. You must be at least 18 and have reached the age of majority where you live. If purchasing for a business, you must have authority to bind it.

2. Six-month mentorship and included services

The Program is a six-month mentorship providing education, coaching, accountability, community, and resources about TikTok Shop and content creation. Your checkout description and written enrollment confirmation (together, your "Order") identify your start date, price, payment schedule, delivery method, and the features included in your enrollment.

The Program includes the following, as described in your Order:

  • One-to-one onboarding call: setup, goals, and initial steps with a Cr8Her team member.
  • One-to-one onboarding coaching: support during onboarding with your account, content, and strategy.
  • Live group coaching: scheduled calls covering TikTok Shop strategy, content, questions, and live reviews.
  • Group mentorship and personalized feedback: accountability, shared learning, and feedback on content, accounts, and growth strategy.
  • Community support: a private space to connect with and learn from other creators.
  • Course materials: training modules, frameworks, templates, and related resources.
  • Brand opportunities and incentives: eligible partnerships, retainers, campaigns, challenges, and performance incentives when available, subject to Section 4.
  • Additional resources: tools, guides, trainings, or bonuses included with the enrollment.

Call schedules, formats, and eligible opportunities may vary by enrollment date and availability. Specific one-to-one support commitments are those disclosed before purchase. Reasonable operational updates will not remove material purchased benefits or override applicable obligations.

3. Access after the mentorship

When the six-month mentorship ends, continued access is limited to the version of the course available on that date and the general Cr8Her community chat, for the definite additional access period specified in your Order. The Order must state that duration or end date before payment. These Terms do not promise lifetime, perpetual, or indefinite access.

After the mentorship ends, live coaching calls, personalized feedback, mentor support, future course updates, and premium mentorship features are excluded unless separately purchased or expressly included in a later written offer. Continued access remains subject to these Terms and the EULA.

4. Brand partnerships and incentives

Brand partnerships, retainers, campaigns, and opportunities introduced or facilitated through Cr8Her are subject to availability, eligibility, performance conditions, and the participating brand’s agreement. Continued participation in an opportunity may require active, good-standing participation in the relevant Cr8Her program and compliance with the opportunity’s disclosed terms.

We do not guarantee selection, compensation, a retainer, or any brand deal. Cr8Her does not acquire ownership of your independent brand relationships through these Terms. The specific brand agreement governs its scope and payment obligations.

5. Payments and payment plans

Your Order states the full purchase price, currency, taxes, any separately charged fees, and payment dates. Payment is handled through Whop and the payment or financing provider offered at checkout, which may include Stripe, Splitit, Clarity Pay, or another identified provider. Their applicable payment or financing terms also apply. CR8HER LLC supplies the Program.

Whether you pay in full or use a payment plan, you agree to pay the full agreed price. Payment plans for this Program are arrangements to pay that price, not cancel-anytime subscriptions. Stopping participation, missing calls, or not using access does not cancel an otherwise valid balance. An end to mentorship access does not shorten a separately agreed payment schedule. We will not collect amounts that are no longer legally owed.

Only use a payment method you are authorized to use. Missed or failed payments may result in access suspension and lawful recovery of unpaid amounts. Financing-specific rights and terms remain governed by your financing agreement and applicable law. No recurring subscription is created by these Terms alone.

6. All sales final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. CR8HER LLC does not offer voluntary refunds, returns, exchanges, a trial or cooling-off refund period, a satisfaction guarantee, or an action-based money-back guarantee. There is no Cr8Her refund window after purchase.

This final-sale policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by law. It does not exclude a remedy that applicable law, binding payment-network rules, or Whop’s applicable terms require, and does not excuse failure to deliver the purchased services. These required protections are not a discretionary Cr8Her refund offer.

The Refund Policy is part of this agreement. Nonparticipation, unmet personal expectations, lack of results, schedule conflicts, financial circumstances, third-party costs, or platform changes do not create a voluntary refund entitlement.

7. Chargebacks and payment disputes

You agree to contact hello@cr8hers.com about an access or billing issue before starting a payment dispute when reasonably possible. This does not require you to miss a deadline or delay reporting an unauthorized transaction or exercising a protected right.

Fraudulent chargebacks are prohibited. Knowingly making a materially false claim that an authorized purchase was unauthorized, fabricating evidence, or intentionally misrepresenting delivery to obtain money back may constitute fraud. We may contest such claims and provide relevant checkout, acceptance, payment, delivery, access, and communication records to Whop, the payment provider, or other lawful recipients.

A dispute is not fraud merely because it is filed, denied, or disagreed with. This clause does not restrict good-faith complaints or legitimate dispute rights under applicable law, card-network rules, or Whop’s terms. We may seek recovery of amounts lawfully owed and costs only where legally recoverable; we do not impose an automatic chargeback penalty.

We may suspend access when payment is actually reversed or remains unpaid, subject to the Order and applicable law. Filing a good-faith dispute alone is not grounds for punitive removal. Whop’s Terms of Service and Buyer Terms separately govern its services and payment handling. We do not amend those terms or limit Whop’s applicable rights.

8. Participant responsibilities and community rules

Provide accurate enrollment details, protect your account, use only your own login, and report unauthorized access. You are responsible for obtaining eligible accounts, equipment, internet service, products, and third-party tools, and for their independent costs. Those costs do not create a Cr8Her voluntary refund right.

Participate respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate, spam, defraud, disclose others’ private information, post unlawful content, share restricted materials, record other participants without authorization, bypass security, or disrupt the community.

You are responsible for your content, claims, affiliate disclosures, taxes, and compliance with law and platform rules. These conduct standards do not restrict honest reviews, lawful complaints, protected disclosures, or good-faith disputes.

9. Intellectual property and limited license

CR8HER LLC and its licensors own the course videos, frameworks, templates, documents, branding, and other Program resources. Your purchase grants the limited personal, nontransferable license described in the End User License Agreement; it does not transfer ownership.

Do not reproduce, record, redistribute, sell, sublicense, teach from, or share restricted Program materials without permission, except for the permitted template use and other rights stated in the EULA or required by law.

10. Community content and testimonials

You retain ownership of your original content. When you post work in the community or submit it for feedback, you grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display it as needed to provide the Program and make it available to the audience you chose. Our service providers may assist for those purposes.

If you expressly submit a testimonial, review, result, or screenshot for promotional use, you grant a nonexclusive permission to use that submission and the name or likeness you authorize for that purpose, subject to applicable law and any written limits. Ordinary participation, private messages, and submitting work for coaching do not by themselves authorize public marketing use. We will obtain separate permission where required and will not use an edit that materially misrepresents your statement or results.

11. Privacy, recordings, and communications

The Privacy Policy explains collection, use, sharing, retention, and individual rights. Share only information appropriate for the audience; other participants may view content posted in group spaces.

If a session is recorded, we will provide notice and obtain consent where required. A program recording is intended for the audience identified in that notice; promotional reuse requires appropriate permission.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails. Where you separately opt into marketing texts, message frequency varies, carrier rates may apply, and STOP opts out or HELP requests assistance. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Necessary service and transaction messages may continue.

12. No earnings guarantee and third-party platforms

We provide education and mentorship, not employment, an investment, or a managed business. We do not guarantee income, commissions, sales, revenue, profit, followers, viral content, TikTok Shop approval, brand deals, or business success. You may earn nothing and incur expenses or losses. Results depend on individual effort, experience, markets, products, audience, and third-party decisions.

Student results and testimonials are examples, not a promise of your outcome or proof of expected results. We remain responsible for accurate claims and any legally required context. These disclaimers do not excuse misleading advertising.

Cr8Her does not control TikTok or other third-party platforms, their algorithms, policies, approvals, commissions, or outages, and does not guarantee their availability. These Terms do not excuse Cr8Her’s own contractual obligations. Training is not individualized legal, tax, or financial advice.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for a material breach, fraud, unauthorized sharing, nonpayment, or serious safety or security concerns. Where reasonable, we will explain the issue and allow a chance to correct it; serious misconduct may require immediate removal.

Removal for a breach does not create a voluntary refund entitlement or cancel sums lawfully owed. We will not use termination to avoid our own required obligations or punish an honest review or good-faith complaint. Mandatory remedies remain governed by the Refund Policy’s required-rights provision.

14. Warranties and limitation of liability

We will supply the Program benefits described in your Order. Except for express commitments and rights that cannot be excluded, materials are supplied as available without a guarantee of individual outcomes or uninterrupted third-party systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CR8HER LLC’s total liability arising from your Program purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the Program. Neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, including speculative lost profits, to the extent such exclusion is lawful.

No limit excludes fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

15. Responsibility for third-party claims

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify CR8HER LLC for reasonable losses and defense costs from a third-party claim caused by your unlawful conduct, knowing infringement, or material breach. This does not cover our own wrongdoing or a claim you lawfully bring against us.

We will notify you of a covered claim, allow reasonable participation in its defense, and will not agree to an admission or nonmonetary obligation on your behalf without your consent.

16. Governing law and resolving disagreements

Contact hello@cr8hers.com with your enrollment details and a description of the issue so both sides can try to resolve it informally. This does not delay legal deadlines or prevent urgent relief, regulator complaints, payment support, or protected card-issuer disputes.

Wyoming law governs this agreement, except where mandatory laws of your home jurisdiction require otherwise. Subject to those protections and lawful small-claims rights, disputes may be brought in the state courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, or the federal courts with jurisdiction there.

These Terms do not create a mandatory arbitration agreement or class-action waiver. Arbitration requires a separate valid agreement. Any separate dispute provisions in your agreement with Whop govern that relationship.

17. Entire agreement, changes, and severability

These Terms, your Order, the Refund Policy, the EULA, and the Privacy Policy as applicable form the entire enrollment agreement and supersede prior discussions on the same subject. Specific written Order terms define the purchased features and dates. This clause does not erase actionable misrepresentations or obligations the law requires us to honor.

The policy version presented and accepted at purchase governs that purchase. Updates apply prospectively with appropriate notice and any required acceptance; mere continued use does not retroactively remove purchased benefits or protected rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful. Not enforcing a provision once is not a permanent waiver.
