- All-sales-final treatment is confirmed by the business. Mandatory legal, Whop, and payment-network protections remain in effect.
- Present and obtain acceptance of all four policies before payment; retain the accepted policy version. Confirm that sales and checkout use the same final-sale wording.
1. All sales are final
This policy applies to the Cr8Her Community & Course and related digital education or mentorship supplied by CR8HER LLC.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. CR8HER LLC does not offer voluntary refunds, returns, exchanges, a trial or cooling-off refund period, a satisfaction guarantee, or an action-based money-back guarantee. There is no Cr8Her refund window after purchase.
Fees paid in full, deposits applied toward enrollment, and installments are subject to this final-sale policy. Nonparticipation, missed calls, lack of time, change of mind, financial circumstances, unmet personal expectations, lack of results, or unused access do not create a voluntary refund right. Independent expenses for equipment, products, tools, advertising, or other providers are your responsibility.
2. Agreement at purchase
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and End User License Agreement, each made available to you before payment and incorporated into your enrollment agreement. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Program.
Acceptance of the Privacy Policy acknowledges the information practices it describes; it does not waive privacy rights or replace separate consent required for marketing, optional tracking, recordings, or other processing.
3. Full price and payment plans
You agree to pay the full purchase price disclosed in your Order. A payment plan spreads that price across scheduled payments; it is not a cancel-anytime subscription. Stopping participation, deleting an account, or asking to leave the Program does not cancel an otherwise valid payment obligation. Financing-provider terms and mandatory rights remain applicable.
We do not charge a subscription merely because payments are split into installments. Any separately offered recurring service must be expressly described and agreed to before purchase. Missed payments may result in access suspension and lawful recovery of sums owed.
4. Mandatory rights and payment-provider requirements
This final-sale policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by law. It does not exclude a remedy that applicable law, binding payment-network rules, or Whop’s applicable terms require, and does not excuse failure to deliver the purchased services. These required protections are not a discretionary Cr8Her refund offer.
Whop’s Buyer Terms govern its payment services, including applicable payment corrections, statutory consumer protections, and card-issuer dispute rights. Required cancellation or withdrawal rights are not waived merely by paying or opening course content; any legally required separate consent and acknowledgment must be obtained. A digital-content consent does not automatically waive protections for live coaching services.
If a payment correction or remedy is legally or contractually required under binding provider rules, it will be handled using the applicable provider process and required timing. This policy adds no discretionary return period, satisfaction promise, or action-based eligibility program.
5. Fraudulent chargebacks and legitimate disputes
Fraudulent chargebacks are prohibited. Knowingly making a materially false claim that an authorized purchase was unauthorized, fabricating evidence, or intentionally misrepresenting delivery to obtain money back may constitute fraud. We may contest such claims and provide relevant checkout, acceptance, payment, delivery, access, and communication records to Whop, the payment provider, or other lawful recipients.
A dispute is not fraud merely because it is filed, denied, or disagreed with. This clause does not restrict good-faith complaints or legitimate dispute rights under applicable law, card-network rules, or Whop’s terms. We may seek recovery of amounts lawfully owed and costs only where legally recoverable; we do not impose an automatic chargeback penalty.
We may contest unsupported claims with evidence. A reversal does not automatically eliminate a debt that remains legally owed; equally, we will not collect amounts that are no longer owed under a binding outcome or applicable law.
6. Billing and access support
For an access problem, billing error, or required-rights issue, email hello@cr8hers.com with your checkout name, email, transaction reference, and a description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card details. Contacting support does not create a voluntary refund entitlement.
Where reasonably possible, contact us before disputing a payment, without delaying an applicable deadline or reporting of an unauthorized transaction. Payment-processing issues can also be directed to support@whop.com.
7. Related policies and contact
Read this policy with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and End User License Agreement. Policy changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively remove obligations attached to an earlier purchase.
